应用膜片钳全细胞法,研究豚鼠单个心室肌细胞的钠离子通道电流(INa)及其动力学特征。研究显示:INa具有电压和时间依赖性,INa在-50mV激活,在+40mV反转。钠通道动力学包括稳态灭活曲线、使用依赖性阻滞及钠通道灭活后的恢复过程,对其特点的初步讨论表明,Ⅰ类抗心律失常药物与受体亲和力、失活态钠通道受体解离的时间常数,以及其使灭活曲线向左移的电位不同,可以作为Ⅰ类药物亚类的分类基础。
The patch clamp whole cell method was used to study the sodium channel current (INa) and its kinetic characteristics of single ventricular myocytes in guinea pigs. Studies have shown that INa is voltage and time-dependent, INa is activated at -50 mV and reverses at +40 mV.
