采用喷雾干燥法制备壳寡糖/水杨酸微胶囊,以微胶囊的含油率和包结率为指标,通过单因素及正交实验优化得到的制备工艺为:壳寡糖质量分数2%,壳寡糖与水杨酸质量比为1.0∶0.5,进风温度(170±2)℃,出风温度(90±2)℃,进料泵速6.6 mL/min,风压和风速分别为40 m3/h和667 L/h,得到的产品含油率和包结率分别是19.1%和21.5%。红外光谱分析表明,壳寡糖与水杨酸存在分子间的相互作用;热重差热表征结果表明,经壳寡糖微胶囊化的水杨酸热稳定性得到明显提高。
The chitooligosaccharides / salicylic acid microcapsules were prepared by spray drying. The oil content and entrapment efficiency of the microcapsules were taken as indexes. The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: the mass fraction of chitosan oligosaccharide was 2% The mass ratio of chitooligosaccharides to salicylic acid was 1.0: 0.5, the inlet air temperature was 170 ± 2 ℃, the outlet air temperature was 90 ± 2 ℃, the feed pump speed was 6.6 mL / min, the wind pressure and wind speed were 40 m3 / h and 667 L / h. The obtained oil content and entrapment yield were 19.1% and 21.5%, respectively. The results of FTIR showed that there existed intermolecular interactions between chitooligosaccharides and salicylic acid. The thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis showed that the thermal stability of salicylic acid was improved obviously.
