完成了立式直管、卧式直管和立式U型管三种典型热交换器的地震响应分析和试验。对U型管管束和卧式直管管束做了模态试验。在有水和无水条件下进行了该三台热交换器的地震响应试验,测得了热交换器中各重要部件的加速度、位移和应变响应值。采用管-梁线性有限元数学模型计算了结构自振特性和地震响应。试验数据和计算结果符合得很好,从而论证了计算数学模型的有效性。
The seismic response analysis and test of three typical heat exchangers of vertical straight pipe, horizontal straight pipe and vertical U-shaped pipe were completed. Modal tests were performed on the U-tube bundles and horizontal straight tube bundles. The seismic response tests of the three heat exchangers were carried out under water and anhydrous conditions. The acceleration, displacement and strain response of each important part of the heat exchanger were measured. The natural vibration characteristics and seismic response of the structure were calculated by using the linear finite element model of pipe-beam. The experimental data and the calculated results are in good agreement, which proves the validity of the mathematical model.
