黑木耳菌种的保藏,在我地区一般是采用斜面和木屑一级种在冰箱内保藏。笔者自1979年以来用耳片组织分离菌种取得成功后,于81年7月进行种耳低温保藏期试验,现将初步结果简报于下。材料和方法(一)供试种耳:①采自房县的野生黑木耳;②采自天门县棉籽壳室内栽培的黑木耳。前者于7月6日后者于7月15日置冰箱(-4℃)低温保藏。在保藏期间曾发生过停由,长者达10来天,短者1~2天。(二)分离和培养:冰箱保藏的二个种耳,于1986年3月8、15日和4月20日进行三次
Black fungus species of preservation, in my area is generally the first species of bevel and sawdust stored in the refrigerator. After the success of mycotic tissue isolation since 1979, the author conducted a cold storage test in July of this year, and the preliminary results are now reported below. Materials and methods (A) for the test ear: ① collected from Fangxian wild black fungus; ② Tianmeng cottonseed shell indoor cultivation of black fungus.
