随着社会的进步,经济的发展,人力资源作为现代企业的战略性资源,对企业的兴衰成败起着重要的作用。而激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要方法,已被越来越多的企业所采用。高层管理者在公司中具有中流砥柱的作用和非常重要的地位。高层管理者的职业道德、胜任能力和积极性、协作性决定了其工作的效率和效果,影响到企业的生存和命运。本文就嘉禾公司高层管理者激励存在的问题进行了分析,并提出加强嘉禾公司高层管理者激励的措施。
With the progress of society and economic development, human resources, as a strategic resource of modern enterprises, play an important role in the success or failure of enterprises. Incentives, as an important method for the development and management of human resources, have been adopted by more and more companies. Senior managers have a central role and a very important position in the company. The professional ethics, competence, enthusiasm, and collaboration of senior managers determine the efficiency and effectiveness of their work, and affect their survival and destiny. This article analyzes the problems existing in the incentives of senior executives of Jiahe Company and puts forward measures to strengthen the incentives of senior executives of Jiahe Company.
