电力企业在经济发展中具有重要的地位,所以电力企业与其他行业的企业相比在劳动用工制度方面有较深的轨迹。一个企业它的员工素质如何培养和提高与该企业劳动用工制动是息息相关的。因此本文以书面调研、工作经验以及实地考察三者相结合,就近年来电力企业的劳动用工管理的现状进行分析,并且对电力企业劳动用工管理更加实行有效的开展提出一些建议以及意见。
Power enterprises play an important role in economic development. Therefore, compared with enterprises in other industries, power enterprises have a deeper track in labor and employment system. How to train and improve the quality of its employees in an enterprise is closely linked with the labor-intensive braking of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper combines the written research, work experience and fieldwork to analyze the status quo of employment management in power enterprises in recent years, and puts forward some suggestions and opinions on how to carry out labor management in power enterprises more effectively and effectively.
