利用HAAKEROTOVISCO RV20 型流变仪测试了6 种CD级柴油机油和5 种SE级汽油机油的粘温曲线,确定了它们在Vogel和Walther-ASTM 模型下的粘温关系. 研究结果表明:多级油的粘温性能优于单级油;在剪应变率小于6 000 s- 1、温度低于100 ℃的范围内,多级油并未表现出非牛顿特性.
The viscosity-temperature curves of 6 CD-grade diesel oils and 5 SE-grade gasoline oils were tested by HAAKEROTOVISCO RV20 rheometer to determine their viscosity-temperature relationship under the Vogel and Walther-ASTM models. The results show that the multi-grade oil has better viscosity-temperature performance than single-stage oil. In the range of shear strain rate less than 6 000 s-1 and temperature less than 100 ℃, multi-grade oil does not show non-Newtonian properties.
