目的:观察子宫内膜微刺激术改善人工辅助妊娠结局的效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年12月就诊于海军总医院生殖中心行体外受精(IVF)与胚胎解冻移植(FET)且子宫内膜形态欠佳164例,随机分为观察组与对照组各82例。观察组在月经后3~7天行子宫内膜微刺激术,对照组未进行任何子宫内膜干预。统计分析FET的妊娠结局。结果:观察组胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率与对照组比较,均差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组流产率为20.8%,显著低于对照组的41.5%(P<0.05);观察组活产率为79.2%,显著高于对照组的58.5%(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜微刺激术可改善人工辅助妊娠结局,提高活产率。
Objective: To observe the effect of endometrial micro stimulation on labor-assisted pregnancy outcome. Methods: One hundred and sixty-four patients with endometrial dysplasia who were treated by in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo thawing (FET) at the Reproductive Center of the PLA General Hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group Each of 82 cases. The observation group received endometrial micro-stimulation 3 to 7 days after menstruation, while the control group did not perform any endometrial intervention. Statistical analysis of FET pregnancy outcomes. Results: The rate of embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group (P> 0.05). The abortion rate in the observation group was 20.8%, significantly lower than that in the control group (41.5%, P <0.05) The live birth rate was 79.2%, significantly higher than that of the control group (58.5%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Endometrial micro-stimulation can improve labor-assisted pregnancy outcome and increase live birth rate.
