氟啶酸(Enoxacin ENX)是日本研制的一种萘啶类抗菌素,对革兰氏阳性菌及阴性菌有较强的抗菌作用,效果优于吡哌酸等同类药物。口服后24小时,65％从尿中排泄,故对尿路感染疗效最佳。治疗尿路感染患者20例,男女各10例,25～97岁,平均76.4岁。急性膀胱炎7例,慢性膀胱炎4例,重度尿路感染9例。原发性前列腺增生症5例,神经原膀胱3例,前列腺癌2例,子宫颈癌2例,肾结石1例。口服ENX200mg,一日三次(600mg)。急性膀胱炎用药1～2周,慢性膀胱炎用药1～3周,重度尿路感染用药1～4周。
Enoxacin ENX is a naphthyridine antibiotic developed in Japan that has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria, and is superior to Pipemidic acid and other similar drugs. 24 hours after oral administration, 65% excreted from the urine, so the best effect on urinary tract infection. Treatment of urinary tract infection in 20 patients, 10 men and women, 25 to 97 years, an average of 76.4 years old. 7 cases of acute cystitis, 4 cases of chronic cystitis, 9 cases of severe urinary tract infection. 5 cases of primary benign prostatic hyperplasia, 3 cases of neurogenic bladder, 2 cases of prostate cancer, 2 cases of cervical cancer and 1 case of kidney stones. Oral ENX200mg, three times a day (600mg). Acute cystitis medication for 1 to 2 weeks, chronic cystitis medication for 1 to 3 weeks, severe urinary tract infection medication for 1 to 4 weeks.
