每个人的发展都有他自己的特点,我们本可能在人的发展的过程中时时与他人保持着一样的发展程度和发展速度。我们每个人的发展不是同步的,而是具有个体差异的,因此我们老师在初中的化学教学的课堂中需要考虑到每个学生的特点。根据当前的教育发展的情况,以及新课改背景之下对化学教学的新要求,教师需要对教学方法进行更新,不断尝试新的有利于化学教学的方法,并将其运用于日常的化学教学之中。分层教学法是一个比较新颖的方法,对于传统的化学课堂教学来说,而且也能取得一定的成果。因此,本文主要是探讨分层教学模式在化学课堂中的应用。
