目的 :探讨妥泰 (TPM)的抗癫痫作用及作用时间点。方法 :采用戊四氮 (PTZ)制备大鼠慢性癫痫模型 ,利用妥泰加以干扰 ,选取不同的时间点 ,观察癫痫大鼠行为学及脑电的变化。结果 :TPM +PTZ组大鼠的行为变化与PTZ组在前 10、2 0天差异无显著性意义 ,在 4周后差异具显著性意义 ;两组脑电波形无差别。结论 :妥泰对化学药品 (PTZ)诱导的癫痫有抑制作用 ,但其作用在持续应用 4周后才出现。
Objective: To investigate the antiepileptic effect and action time of Topiramate (TPM). Methods: The chronic epilepsy model was induced by pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) in rats. The rats were challenged by topiramate and different time points were selected to observe the changes of behavior and EEG in epileptic rats. Results: There was no significant difference in the behavior between the TPM + PTZ group and PTZ group in the first 10 and 20 days, and the difference was significant after 4 weeks. There was no difference between the two groups in EEG waveform. CONCLUSION: Topotecan suppresses PTZ-induced epilepsy, but its effect appears only after 4 weeks of continuous use.
