在激烈的市场竞争中,企业要立于不败之地,必须维持经营与发展所需要的重要资源——人力资源的稳定性。目前在民航企业,过高的一线员工流动率,直接影响了员工的士气、助长了人力资源管理成本;而深层次的则是给企业的运营安全保障、服务质量等造成重大的影响。本文试从分析民航企业一线员工的流失原因入手,为我国民航企业加强人力资源管理、降低一线员工的流失率提出具有建设性的建议。
In the fierce market competition, enterprises must be invincible and must maintain the stability of their human resources, a key resource needed for their operations and development. At present, in the civil aviation enterprises, the excessively high turnover rate of front-line employees directly affects the morale of employees and contributes to the cost of human resources management. At the deeper level, this has a significant impact on the operational security and quality of service of enterprises. This article tries to start with analyzing the causes of the loss of front-line employees of civil aviation enterprises, and puts forward constructive suggestions for strengthening the human resources management of civil aviation enterprises in our country and reducing the turnover rate of front-line workers.
