根据浓差电池法的原理研制了以高温固体电解质为基础的铝中氢传感器,应用该传感器开发了铝液含氢量测定仪。利用该测氢仪对铝液进行实时测氢试验,同时与第一气泡法测氢仪进行测氢对比研究。结果发现,该测定仪能够连续、快速准确地测定铝液中的氢含量。
According to the principle of concentration cell method, a high temperature solid electrolyte hydrogen sensor based on aluminum was developed. Using the sensor, a hydrogen content analyzer was developed. The hydrometer was used to measure the hydrogen in real time, and the hydrogen measurement was compared with the first bubble method. The results showed that the analyzer can continuously, quickly and accurately determine the hydrogen content of aluminum liquid.
