目的测定电解铝车间作业人员尿氟,为预防工业性氟中毒提供依据。方法对全厂职工开展职业健康检查,同时收集职工尿样,进行尿氟测定。结果电解铝车间作业工人尿氟高于其他场所作业人员,经U检验,U=16.32,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电解铝车间作业工人尿氟明显偏高,应加强对工人的健康监护和劳动保护。
Objective To determine the urinary fluoride of workers in electrolytic aluminum plant to provide basis for prevention of industrial fluorosis. Methods To carry out occupational health examination for all the workers in the factory and collect urine samples from workers and workers for urine fluoride determination. Results Urine fluoride was higher in workers in electrolytic aluminum plant than in other places. U test showed that U = 16.32, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Electrolytic aluminum workshop workers urinary fluoride was significantly higher, should strengthen the workers' health care and labor protection.
