前言在国外等离子弧焊接方法应用于生产有十多年,但不能说,它在实际生产中得到充分的利用。它的局限性的最主要根由是运转的不可靠性和缺乏“再现性”。例如,在大厚度的软钢板键孔法焊接中,烧穿、未焊透、气孔等问题皆未完全解决。大厚度钢板键孔法焊接的工艺参数调节范围狭窄,因而在实际生产中推广应用有困难。焊接电源、控制设备和焊枪等不能说已经完善,如工艺规范参数的稳定性,焊枪热能损耗等皆存在问
