我们萧山市西兴镇有11个行政村,村村均办有幼儿园(班),在园幼儿780多人,入园率3~5岁幼儿为82%,4~6岁为99.4%。全镇39位专职教师中,幼师职业班毕业的8人,或专业合格证的10人,任职资格合格率为46.2%。近几年来,我们在师资队伍管理办法上作了一些改革,提高了教师的报酬,稳定了队伍,增强了教师的工作责任心,促进了办园质量的提高。1.师资队伍管理体制变村办村管为村办镇管。去年,我们在镇中心学校的支持下,对全镇教师管理状况进行了调查,发现村办村管的管理体制,虽然在发展幼教事业中起过积极作用,但也表现出师资管理上各行其是,教师报酬偏低,体现不出同工同酬、按劳分配的原则等弊端。我们将调
