目的 :建立芍甙脉康冲剂中芍药甙的含量测定方法。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法对样品中芍药甙进行了定量分析。薄层板为硅胶 GF2 54 ,展开剂为氯仿 -甲醇 (4∶ 1 ) ,样品测定波长 λs=2 54nm,λR=365nm。结果 :平均加样回收率为 98.4% ,精密度及稳定性的相对标准偏差分别为 2 .1 %及 0 .96%。结论 :薄层扫描法测定芍药甙含量优于薄层比色法 ,该方法简单 ,重现性好 ,适合该制剂的含量测定。
Objective : To establish a method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Qiyakekang Granules. Methods : Quantitative analysis of Paeoniflorin in samples was performed by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning. The thin plate was silica gel GF2 54 and the developing solvent was chloroform-methanol (4:1). The measurement wavelength of the sample was λ s = 2 54 nm and λ R = 365 nm. Results: The average recovery rate was 98.4%. The relative standard deviations of precision and stability were 2.1 and 0.99%, respectively. Conclusion : The thin layer scanning method is better than the thin layer colorimetric method for the determination of paeoniflorin. The method is simple and has good reproducibility. It is suitable for the determination of the content of the preparation.
