我国现阶段已步入经济发展的快车道,面对新的机遇与挑战,企业必须适应国际形势,加强内部管理,提高职工素质,才能以良好的形象和强大的实力参与国际竞争。目前,我国企业职工的整体素质不容乐观,企业内部忽视职工教育培训,职工的管理、技术水平跟不上经济发展的速度,已经严重影响到企业的国际竞争力。因此,有必要从提高职工素质,增强企业国际竞争力的角度进行探讨。
