中国煤矿机械装备公司第一次集体经济工作会议于1990年11月25～28日在郑州煤机厂召开。会议期间,中国统配煤矿总公司集体企业局副局长毛祺佳同志就集体企业会议几个重大问题,如加强领导,健全组织,解决发展资金,调整产品结构,技术管理人才,加强基础管理,建立企业劳动保险问题,谈了重要意见。还听取了平顶山市梨园矿务局多种经营总公司、西安煤机厂劳动服务公司、郑州煤机技校实习工厂的经验介绍。与会同志经过认真讨论,就以下几个问题取得了一致
