国家级发明四等奖、冶金部科技进步二等奖取代了对混凝土基层表面的碱洗、除油和人工凿毛等繁琐工序,提高工效数十倍,粘接强度15~30倍。解决了建筑工程中常见的抹灰砂浆空鼓、面砖脱落、新旧混凝土脱层等问题。用于粘贴瓷砖、马赛克、小块大理石和花岗岩等装饰材料,其用胶量不随结合层的厚度变化而变化,是一种最省胶的粘接工艺。
The Fourth Class National Invention Award and the Second Prize of the Ministry of Metallurgical Science and Technology Progress replaced the cumbersome procedures such as caustic washing, degreasing and artificial chiseling on the surface of the concrete base layer, improving the work efficiency by several times, and the bonding strength by 15 to 30 times. Solved the common problems in the construction of plastering mortar emptying, tile fall off, new and old concrete delamination and other issues. It is used to paste decorative materials such as tiles, mosaics, small pieces of marble and granite. The amount of glue used does not change with the thickness of the bonding layer. It is the most adhesive bonding process.
