研究了熔体混合时高低温熔体的温度及成分对Al-20%Si合金中初生硅形态的影响。利用光学显微镜观察组织,运用Image Pro金相分析软件测定了初生硅的平均直径和形状因子。结果表明,熔体混合可明显改善初生硅形态,采用适当的高温熔体(1050℃)与低温熔体(690℃)混合后,初生硅细化效果最佳,其平均直径为34μm。混合前高低温熔体硅成分差异越大,初生硅细化效果越好。
The effects of temperature and composition of high and low temperature melt on the morphology of primary Si in Al-20% Si alloy were investigated. The microstructure of the primary silicon was observed by optical microscopy. The mean diameter and shape factor of primary silicon were measured by Image Pro metallographic analysis software. The results show that the melt mixing can significantly improve the morphology of primary silicon, and the best primary silicon refinement results with a suitable high temperature melt (1050 ℃) and a low temperature melt (690 ℃) with an average diameter of 34μm. The higher the difference between the high and low temperature melt silicon composition before mixing, the better the primary silicon refinement effect.
