作者采用MTT法检测了65例恶性肿瘤对几种常用化疗药物的敏感性。25例胃癌组织对化疗药物的敏感性,由高至低依次为DDP、MMC、ADM、Vp-16、5-Fu、Ara-C、VCR、MTX;22例乳腺癌组织依次为ADM、MTX、DDP、5-Fu、MMC、VCR、DXS。两者结果均和文献所报告的敏感药物相吻合。对10例肿瘤的体外药物敏感性和临床疗效进行了对照,总符合率为80%。MTT法简单、快速、敏感性好,可评价率高、适用于所有肿瘤类型,是一种很有前景的体外药敏试俭方法。
The authors used MTT to detect the sensitivity of 65 malignant tumors to several commonly used chemotherapy drugs. The sensitivity of 25 cases of gastric cancer tissues to chemotherapeutics was DDP, MMC, ADM, Vp-16, 5-Fu, Ara-C, VCR, MTX, followed by ADM, MTX, and 22 breast cancer tissues. DDP, 5-Fu, MMC, VCR, DXS. Both results are consistent with the sensitive drugs reported in the literature. The in vitro drug sensitivity and clinical efficacy of 10 tumors were compared and the overall compliance rate was 80%. The MTT assay is simple, rapid, sensitive, and highly evaluable. It is applicable to all types of tumors and is a promising method for in vitro drug sensitivity testing.
