节约工业用水不仅可以节约水力资源,还可以取得经济效益。西宁钢厂为了节约能源,将原有循环给水系统改成串联循环供水系统,收效甚大。一、串联循环供水工艺流程西宁钢厂是由炼钢、锻钢、轧钢、轧管、特冶等工序组成,各工序的工艺流程不同,其冷却水的温度也不同。各工序对冷却水的温度的要求见下表。从表中看出,炼钢车间冷却水的进水温度约为25℃,锻钢车间的进水温度约为35℃,锅炉车间的给水温度为45℃。串联循环供水系统即根据备工序所需冷却
