目的 观察丹参注射液对β2 糖蛋白I(β2 GPI)诱导的抗心磷脂抗体 (aCL)产生的影响 ,探讨丹参注射液对抗磷脂综合征 (APS)的治疗作用及可能的作用机制。方法 4周龄的雌性昆明种小鼠 40只随机分为小、中、大剂量组及模型组。小、中、大剂量组经腹腔注射予以不同剂量的丹参注射液 ;连续 1 4d后 ,四组均多部位皮下注射β2 GPI;用ELISA法测定不同实验组各周血清中的aCLOD值。结果 用药组血清aCLOD值均较模型组有不同程度降低 (P <0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1 ) ;药物剂量与aCLOD值的变化呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 丹参注射液对β2 GPI诱导的aCL产生显示出明显的抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on β2-glycoprotein I (β2 GPI)-induced anticardiolipin antibody (aCL) and explore the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of Danshen injection on anti-phospholipid syndrome (APS). Methods Forty female 4-week-old Kunming mice were randomly divided into small, medium and high dose groups and model groups. The small, medium and high dose groups were given different doses of Danshen injection by intraperitoneal injection. After 14 days, β2 GPI was subcutaneously injected into the four groups. The aCLOD values in the serum of different experimental groups were determined by ELISA. Results The serum aCLOD values of the treatment group were lower than that of the model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The drug dose was negatively correlated with the change of aCLOD (P <0.01). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection shows obvious inhibition of aCL production induced by β2 GPI.
