随着社会经济的快速发展,我国政府在科研事业单位中的财政投入也不断增加,致力于新技术的开发和现有技术的优化,另一方面也更加重视科研事业单位中薪酬体系的进一步优化,最大限度的调动所有员工工作的积极性和主动性。虽然在近几年来已经逐渐开始优化其薪酬体系,并加强了对国内外成功经验的借鉴,但是实际的效果却并不是十分的明显,因此需要更加深入的研究,真正的实现科研事业单位中薪酬体系的优化。本文主要针对当前科研事业单位中薪酬体系的现状,以及能够采取的优化措施进行详细的分析和研究,对其薪酬体系的优化提供一定的参考依据。
