本文探讨了培养具有创新素质的复合型外语专业人才的教育理念以正确认识人才培养的根本目标,揭示了新理念带来的课程设置和教学方法方面新的思考维度。文章强调在外语创新教育中起关键作用的教师须树立反思教学的研究意识,并对提高教学研究质量提出了一些建议。
This article explores the education idea of cultivating compound foreign language professionals with innovative qualities to correctly understand the fundamental goal of personnel training and reveals the new thinking dimensions of the curriculum and teaching methods brought by the new ideas. The article emphasizes that teachers who play a key role in foreign language innovation education must establish the research consciousness of reflective teaching and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of teaching and research.
