目的分析长期低浓度苯系物暴露对汽车制造工人血清氧化应激水平的影响。方法筛查出汽车制造厂中有苯系物暴露的工人125人作为暴露组,选择该厂的行政管理、后勤服务、安保等部门的65人作为对照组;通过问卷调查收集基本信息,采集静脉血测定血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽(GSH)和8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHd G)含量,并进行单因素和多因素分析。结果暴露组员工的血清T-SOD活力和GSH浓度低于对照组,MDA浓度和8-OHd G浓度高于对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低浓度苯系物暴露可引起人体抗氧化应激能力下降,应加强防护。
Objective To analyze the effect of long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene derivatives on serum oxidative stress in auto workers. Methods A total of 125 workers exposed to benzene-based compounds in automobile factories were screened out as the exposure group. 65 people in the administrative, logistics, security and other departments of the factory were selected as the control group. Basic information was collected through questionnaire survey, Serum levels of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH) and 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) multi-factor analysis. Results The levels of serum T-SOD and GSH in the exposed group were lower than those in the control group. The concentrations of MDA and 8-OHd G in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene series can cause the body to reduce the ability of anti-oxidative stress, should strengthen the protection.
