目的研究汉族羽毛球运动员血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态分布特点,为进一步探讨羽毛球运动员的群体遗传背景提供理论依据。方法采用PCR法、DNA测序、Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律、SPSS统计学分析汉族羽毛球运动员ACE基因I/D多态性特点,并与不同专项运动员比较。结果羽毛球运动员ACE基因多态与普通汉族人群相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分别与马拉松、游泳运动员相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.01),而与武术、举重运动员比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ACE D等位基因可作为羽毛球运动员选材的遗传标记;不同专项运动员之间ACE基因I/D多态分布不同。
Objective To study the polymorphism of ACE gene insertion / deletion in Han nationality badminton athletes and to provide a theoretical basis for further exploring the population genetic background of badminton players. Methods PCR, DNA sequencing, Hardy-Weinberg law of genetic balance, SPSS statistical analysis of Han nationality badminton player ACE gene I / D polymorphism characteristics, and with different special athletes. Results There was a significant difference in ACE gene polymorphism between badminton players and normal Han people (P <0.05), respectively. There was significant difference between them (P <0.05; P <0.01) and swimmers There was no significant difference between Wushu and weightlifter (P> 0.05). Conclusion The ACE D allele can be used as genetic marker of badminton player selection. There are different distribution of ACE gene I / D polymorphism between different athletes.
