研究了不同活化剂、活化水的理化处理手段对钾长石中钾的促释效果。结果表明:活化水、不同烘干温度、不同活化剂及其用量对钾长石的活化效果均有明显影响;活化水较普通水的促释效果提高12%~21%,NaCl等活化剂与钾长石中的钾发生离子替换作用,促进钾释放,增幅达41%~76%,而活化剂QN和linN不同用量及不同烘干温度条件下,能够大大促进钾释放,增幅达2.8~4.8倍;促释技术为难溶性钾矿物的开发利用提供了一条新的利用途径。
The effects of different activators and activated water physicochemical treatments on potassium production in potash feldspar were studied. The results showed that activated water, different drying temperature, different activators and their dosage had a significant effect on the activation of K-feldspar. Activating water increased 12% ~ 21% Potassium substitution in potassium feldspar occurs, promoting the release of potassium by 41% -76%.
