我国法学本科教育培养目标因定位不清,长期成为理论界争议的焦点。法学教育的使命、法学本科教育的对象和法学教育的大众化以及职业教育和素质教育之争决定了我国法学本科教育培养目标应合理定位为素质教育和职业教育的有机结合。培养目标的实现有赖于合理的课程体系、科学的教学管理、完善的评价机制、优秀的教学团队和导师制的制度保障。
The goal of undergraduate education in law in our country has long been the focus of debate among theorists because of its unclear positioning. The mission of legal education, the object of law undergraduate education and popularization of legal education, as well as the dispute between vocational education and quality education, the goal of law undergraduate education in our country should be properly positioned as an organic combination of quality education and vocational education. The realization of training objectives depends on a reasonable curriculum system, scientific teaching management, a sound evaluation mechanism, excellent teaching team and mentor system guarantee.
