针对窄带锐峰(即奇异突变)含噪信号峰尖以及峰周围所采集数据点少的特点,提出了样条小波与样条插值分段滤波的联用技术,并对V和Mn的CCD-ICP-AES实际光谱信号进行了处理,结果令人满意.研究结果表明,这种新的联合技术,对处理奇异突变信号十分有效,能提高波谱的清晰度和分析的准确度.
Aiming at the characteristics of narrow-band sharp-peak (ie singular mutation) noise peaks and fewer data points collected around the peak, a combined spline wavelet and spline interpolation segmentation filtering technique is proposed. The V- ICP-AES actual spectral signal was processed and the results were satisfactory. The results show that this new combination of techniques is very effective in dealing with singular mutation signals, improving spectral clarity and analytical accuracy.
