91FS是一个稳定遗传的籼粳杂种水稻新型不育突变体 ,育性特征表现为 ,雌雄配子和受精过程正常 ,约 2 5 %的受精卵发育成胚 ,约 75 %的受精卵终止发育 ,与 91FS群体约 2 5 %的结实率吻合 ,而且六代保持不变 ;91FS的RAPD和RFLP的谱带六代保持稳定和一致 ,与 91FS的杂种性状和育性表达的稳定性也是吻合的 ;91FS与籼粳杂种可育材料 91FM和以 91FS为父本的杂交F1代 (D2 97A× 91FS)材料的RAPD比较分析表明 ,91FS与CK相比表现出广泛的DNA多态性和同一性 ,同时也表现出特异的新带和一些缺失谱带 ,其多态性、同一性和特异性是可遗传的 .图 4表 1参 15
