目的研究不同胃黏膜病变组织中谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶π(glutathione S-transferase-π,GST-π)蛋白表达情况,探讨GST-π蛋白与幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)及胃癌(gastric carcinoma,GC)的相关性。方法选取慢性萎缩性胃窦炎、胃窦溃疡及胃窦癌各40例,采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结(streptavidinperosidase,SP)法与免疫蛋白印记法(Western blot)对GST-π蛋白在不同胃黏膜病变中表达进行检测;吉姆萨(Giemsa)染色检测GC组织Hp感染情况。结果 1GST-π蛋白在GC组织中表达阳性率明显高于其它组(85%,P<0.05);2与其它组织相对比,GST-π蛋白在GC组织中呈现高表达(P<0.05);3与阴性组织相对比,GC阳性组织GST-π蛋白表达更高(P<0.05)。结论 GST-π蛋白与GC的发生具有相关性,Hp感染可能促进GST-π表达更多,两者对于临床上GC的诊断都具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of glutathione S-transferase-π (GST-π) in gastric mucosal lesions and to investigate the relationship between GST-π protein and helicobacter pylori (Hp) carcinoma, GC). Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer and gastric antrum were enrolled in this study. Immunohistochemical streptavidin perosidase (SP) and Western blot ) On the expression of GST-πprotein in different gastric mucosal lesions; Giemsa staining for Hp infection in GC tissues. Results The positive rate of 1 GST-π protein expression in GC was significantly higher than that in other groups (85%, P <0.05). 2 Compared with other tissues, GST-π protein was highly expressed in GC tissues (P <0.05). 3 Compared with negative tissues, GST-π protein expression in GC positive tissues was higher (P <0.05). Conclusions GST-π protein is correlated with the occurrence of GC. Hp infection may promote more GST-π expression, both of which are important for the clinical diagnosis of GC.
