目的探讨钙囊素(S100 A11)及半乳凝素3(Gal-3)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法利用Elivison免疫组化法检测36例手术切除的胰腺癌及21例癌旁正常胰腺组织,以及胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、结肠癌、肺癌和乳腺癌组织各10例中S100 A11及Gal-3的表达情况,分析指标与胰腺癌大小、分化程度及淋巴结转移的相关性。结果S100 A11及Gal-3在胰腺癌组织中的表达阳性率(86.1、97.2%)显著高于癌旁正常胰腺组织(28.6%、33.3%)(P<0.05)。S100 A11及Gal-3在其他肿瘤组织中的表达阳性率为40%~80%。在胰腺癌组织中的表达与各临床病理参数之间均无明显的相关性。结论S100 A11及Gal-3在胰腺癌组织、胰外恶性肿瘤高表达,提示两者可能在胰腺癌发病过程中起一定作用,S100 A11及Gal-3为非器官特异性肿瘤相关蛋白。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of calcitonin (S100 A11) and galectin-3 (GAP-3) in pancreatic cancer. Methods The expression of S100 A11 and Gal-3 in 10 cases of gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer were detected by Elivison immunohistochemistry in 36 cases of resected pancreatic cancer and 21 cases of adjacent normal tissues. Of the expression, analysis of indicators and pancreatic cancer size, differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Results The positive rates of S100 A11 and Gal-3 in pancreatic cancer tissues (86.1%, 97.2%) were significantly higher than those in normal adjacent tissues (28.6%, 33.3%) (P <0.05). The positive rates of S100 A11 and Gal-3 in other tumor tissues ranged from 40% to 80%. There was no significant correlation between the expression of PCNA and clinicopathological parameters in pancreatic cancer tissues. Conclusion The high expression of S100 A11 and Gal-3 in pancreatic cancer tissues and extra-pancreatic malignancies suggest that both S100 A11 and Gal-3 may play a role in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer. S100 A11 and Gal-3 are non-organ-specific tumor associated proteins.
