Objective: To study the impact of long-term work on the health of workers at the port in the environment of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system. Methods: A total of 194 women (exposed group) engaged in port catering services in a long time in centralized HVAC system and 169 women (non-exposed group) engaged in dietary services in a centralized HVAC system were selected as research subjects. Use the SF-36 scale to test various indicators that reflect your health. Results: There was no significant difference in the basic conditions between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in scores of physical function, energy score, emotional function score, mental health score and health change score between the two groups (P> 0.05 ), Physical pain score, general health score and social function score of exposed group were less than those of non-exposed group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Long-term work in the centralized ventilation and ventilation system may have potential sub-health effects on the employees at the port. Supervision should be strengthened and scientific interventions should be taken.
