Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis on the expression of CD11b and CD6 2L on peripheral blood neutrophils in uremic patients. Methods Monoclonal techniques and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression of CD11b and CD6 2L on neutrophils in patients with uremia during hemodialysis. The effects of different dialysis membranes on them were observed. Results The density of CD11b expression in neutrophils was increased and the density of CD6 2L was decreased in the patients with uremia before dialysis. The expression of CD11b in neutrophils increased rapidly and the expression of CD6 2L decreased significantly after hemodialysis. There was no difference between the CU group and the PS group. Conclusion Hemodialysis has a regular effect on the expression of neutrophil adhesion molecules, which may impair the adhesion of neutrophils and weaken the body’s immunity.
