In fish farming, aquaculture fungi, which are prevalent in hatchery water, are a significant issue for fish eggs. The occurrence and severity of fungal outbreak infections depend on the source of water, the temperature of the water, the amount of organic matter in the water and the length of incubation. Once a fungal infection occurs, it can quickly spread to healthy eggs (Piper et al., 1982). Incubation managers often use chemicals to control fungal infection of fish eggs. However, the use of chemical treatment will not only increase costs, but also directly lead to the death of fish eggs. Therefore, in order to minimize the dependence on chemical drugs, it is necessary to study it to deal with cultivation methods.
