喷射混凝土机械手,是井下喷射混凝土支护实现机械化的重要设备。用机械手操纵喷咀可解除喷枪手的繁重劳动、改善作业条件、保证安全、提高工效和扩大工作范围。对发展喷护技术,加快矿山或其它地下工程建设有着重大的意义。由于需要喷护的围岩错综复杂,受喷岩面的方位、倾角多变,使用喷射机械手欲达到喷护施工的工艺要求,必须使机械手做到象人手一样动作灵活,变幅准确。从而使其控制的喷咀在任意方位的受喷岩面下工作,均能达到最佳的喷射效果。
Shotcrete manipulators are important equipment for downhole shotcrete support mechanization. Manipulating the nozzle with a manipulator can relieve the gunner’s heavy labor, improve working conditions, ensure safety, improve ergonomics, and expand the scope of work. It is of great significance to develop spray protection technology and accelerate the construction of mines or other underground projects. Because the surrounding rock that needs spray protection is intricate and complex, and the orientation and inclination of the sprayed rock face are variable, the use of jet robots to achieve the process requirements for spray protection construction must allow the manipulator to behave like a human hand and be flexible and accurate. Thus, the spray nozzle controlled by it can work under the sprayed rock face in any orientation, and all can achieve the best spray effect.
