项目管理经过多年的理论发展和实践,形成了一套完整通用的理论知识体系,IT软件项目区别于其他项目的显著特点是项目团队成员都是由知识型员工组成,IT软件项目更因其劳动主要是人的脑力劳动而不是简单的物料生产,劳动成果将直接取决于人的智力和创造力;但如果公司不能妥善地建立相对科学的薪酬和绩效管理体系,那么留住人才并良好地发挥他们的创造力就只能是一个难圆的梦。本文运用IT项目人力资源管理理论,通过斯坎隆计划和KPI方法对薪酬绩效体系进行了设计。本文的研究成果可以为软件企业完善项目人力资源管理系统提供可靠的依据和有效指导。
