随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,医院所面临的外部环境和内部环境发生了较大的变化,这就对医院的重审水平提出了更高的要求。但目前很大一部分医院由于自身管理观念落后,使其跟不上当前医院的发展步伐。这就需要加强和改善医院的管理工作,特别是人员的管理在当前医院竞争越来越激烈的情况下显得更为重要。因此在当前医院发展过程中,应该采用现代化的我们大家,进一步对医院绩效管理进行完善,使其与医院人才队伍建设有效的联系起来,运用科学的激励机制,从而更好的推动医院的健康、有序发展。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system, the external environment and the internal environment faced by the hospital have undergone major changes, which sets higher requirements on the level of the hospital’s retrial. However, at present, a large part of hospitals are out of keeping with the current development of the hospital because of their backward management concepts.
