自我国教育教学体质改革以来,德育教育便成为我国教育体系的一个重要组成部分,其对教师与学生道德的培养具有重要的影响。在今天的教育体质改革环境下,不仅对学生要进行专业教育,同时还要对学生进行一定的德育教育。分析当前中专院校的德育教育现状,分析其现状的不足之处和教育特点,对基于中专院校师资德育教育的培养方案进行探讨,以寻求有效的培养方案,提高学生的德育水平,进而为国家、为社会培养出更多高素质、适应性的人才是本文章研究的重点。 Since the reform of physical education and teaching in our country, moral education has become an important part of our education system and has an important influence on the cultivation of teachers and students’ morality.
