新课程实施以来,全国各地都在积极实施新课程教学改革.在新课改的初中数学课堂教学中存在着一个普遍的问题就是教学重形式、轻实质,高投入、低产出,学生没有得到真正有效发展的教学低效现象,其原因是多方面的,需要我们认真研究教学的策略,更新观念,发挥主观能动性,钻研教材,把握教材、创造性地使用教材,改革课堂教学评价的办法,提高课堂教学的质量.为了能探索自主、高效、充满活力的课堂教学,取得显著成效,如何进行有效教学?笔者结合自身教学实践在以下几点进行了一些尝试.
