目的研究基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达在子宫内膜异位症(EM)复发患者的相关性。方法利用RT-PCR检测基因表达方法检测EM患者未复发7例,复发15例诊刮取子宫内膜进行通过RT-PCR检测基因表达;另随机选取非子宫内膜异位患者8例作同样的检测成为对照组。结果 RT-PCR基因表达显示MMP-2、MMP-9在位内膜对照组、未复发组、复发组被检者的检测值呈上升趋势,而VEGF呈下降趋势。检测值VEGF在对照组、未复发组及复发组中,MMP-2检测值在正常组与复发组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 EM复发患者MMP-2、MMP-9检测值较高,VEGF检测值较低,对判断EM患者复发评估预后有一定的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with recurrent endometriosis (EM). Methods RT-PCR was used to detect gene expression in 7 patients with EM without recurrence and 15 patients with recurrence were screened for endometriosis to detect gene expression by RT-PCR. In addition, 8 patients with non-endometriosis were randomly selected for the same Test as a control group. Results The RT-PCR gene expression showed that the detection value of MMP-2, MMP-9 in eutopic endometrium control group, non-recurrence group and recurrence group showed an upward trend, while VEGF decreased. The detection value of VEGF in the control group, non-recurrence group and recurrence group, MMP-2 detection in the normal group and recurrence group were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with EM recurrence have higher MMP-2 and MMP-9 detection values and lower VEGF test values, which have certain clinical value in judging the prognosis of patients with EM recurrence.
