花生耐盐种质的筛选对于盐碱地的开发有潜在重要意义。选取了41份花生种质,研究其萌发期与苗期的耐盐性。结果表明,花生发芽与生长受盐害抑制,在0.5%盐浓度下,以发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数作为萌发期耐盐指标,以根长、苗高等指标作为苗期耐盐指标,通过聚类分析,在两个时期分别筛选到9个和3个耐盐种质,其中有两个种质在两个时期耐盐能力都比较好,可以作为相关育种与基础研究的材料。
The screening of peanut salt-tolerant germplasm is potentially important for the development of saline-alkali soil. A total of 41 peanut germplasms were selected to study their salt tolerance during germination and seedling stage. The results showed that the germination and growth of peanut were inhibited by salt stress. Under the condition of 0.5% salt concentration, germination potential, germination rate and germination index were taken as indexes of salt tolerance in germination stage. Cluster analysis showed that 9 and 3 salt-tolerant germplasms were screened in two periods respectively. Among them, two germplasms were better tolerant to salt stress in both periods and could be used as materials for breeding and basic research.
