【目的】探讨细胞间粘附分子 1(ICAM 1)和细胞凋亡抑制基因Bcl 2在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及意义。【方法】应用免疫组化S P法 ,对 37例鼻咽低分化鳞癌和 30例鼻咽慢性炎性黏膜活检组织进行ICAM 1、Bcl 2表达蛋白产物检测。【结果】①ICAM 1在鼻咽癌组织阳性表达率 6 7.6 % ,明显高于鼻咽慢性炎性黏膜组织 6 .7% (P <0 .0 1)。②Bcl 2在鼻咽癌组织阳性表达率 83.8% ,明显高于鼻咽慢性炎性黏膜组织 10 .0 %(P<0 .0 1)。③ICAM 1、Bcl 2在鼻咽癌中的表达呈正相关。【结论】ICAM 1、Bcl 2在鼻咽癌组织中表达可能在鼻咽癌细胞的凋亡、侵袭和转移过程中起重要作用 ,两者同时高表达可能协同促进鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移。
【Objective】 To investigate the expression and significance of ICAM-1 and Bcl-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 【Methods】 Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the protein expression of ICAM 1 and Bcl 2 in 37 cases of nasopharyngeal poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases of nasopharyngeal chronic inflammatory mucosal biopsy tissues. 【Results】 ① The positive expression rate of ICAM 1 in NPC was 6 7.6%, which was significantly higher than that in nasopharyngeal chronic inflammatory mucosa (6.7%, P <0.01). ② The positive expression rate of Bcl 2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 83.8%, which was significantly higher than that in nasopharyngeal chronic inflammatory mucosal tissues (P <0.01). ③ICAM 1, Bcl 2 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was positively correlated. 【Conclusion】 The expression of ICAM 1 and Bcl 2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma may play an important role in the apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. The high expression of both may promote the invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
