通过对理工科大学生涉及英语精读课学习目的、课堂教育模式、作业、课外学习习惯等方面的调查 ,可以发现现行的英语精读课教学存在着以下几方面的问题 :过于死扣课本 ,教材陈旧 ,课堂气氛不够活跃 ,作业单一 ,学生没有良好的课外学习习惯 ,考试方式单一等。为此 ,应当从教学内容、课堂教学模式、教学手段、课外作业、考试方式等方面进行改革 ,以培养合格的高素质的英语人才 Through the investigation on the purpose of learning English intensive reading classes, classroom education mode, homework and extra-curricular learning habits of science and engineering students, it can be found that the current English intensive reading teaching has the following problems: too much death-bound textbooks, old teaching materials, Atmosphere is not active enough, a single homework, students do not have good extra-curricular learning habits, examinations, such as single.
