现代教育的发展,关于提升校长领导力已成为热门话题。本人通过多年在校长岗位上实践与探索,深深地感受到校长的领导力就是要让学校的每位成员在共同的愿景引领下,创造性地干好本职工作,并努力达成设定的理想目标。校长的领导力某种意义上说就是学校的核心的竞争力。校长领导力的提升有助于全校师生团结一致、凝心聚力、具有创造性地完成学校的各项工作,从而使学校不断迈步在前进的大道上。原国家教委任副主任柳斌同志曾经说过“一个好校长,就是一所好学校”。在办学过程中,校长处于学校管理系统的核心地位、主导地位、决策地位。校长的领导力在学校工作中影响全局,决定着学校教育改革的成败。面对教育发展的新形势,欲提高领导力,校长必须身体力行,同时要善于学习、团结协作,做好执行的“排头兵”、“领头羊”。

In the process of running a school, the principal is at the core of the school management system, dominating the status of decision-making. The principal’s leadership affects the overall situation in school work and determines the success or failure of school education reform. In the face of the new situation of education development and the desire to improve leadership, the principal must take the initiative and at the same time learn to be good at learning, working in unity and cooperation, and implementing “vanguard” and “leader”.
