重庆垫江龙岗中学是一所乡级初中,现有学生200余人,三个年级五个教学班级。从2011年秋期开始,我在执教的七年级英语教学中尝试“121”高效课堂教学模式。重庆垫江龙岗中学七年级只有一个教学班,61名学生,其中留守儿童、单亲儿童49人,占80%,体残、智障儿童7人,占11%,有8人还没有参加小学毕业考试,有2人是在外省市读的小学。尽管小学已经开设了英语课,但从接手时的调查看,学生的英语知识几乎为零。针对这些情况,我制定了适合我班
