According to the Science Policy Outlook, the German Research Federation (DFG) recently published a special report outlining priority areas for future basic research. This so-called “gray scheme” is designed to promote public awareness of key areas and emphasize the need for adequate funding for policymakers. The report also outlines the OFG's financial outlook and related input plans.
