煤矿采掘工作面掘进进尺控制、机车防撞间距预警、巷道顶板形变等都需要精确测距。通过对现有非接触式测距技术的分析比较,根据矿井实际提出相位式激光测距原理的系统设计目标,通过测量调制光波往返于被测距离间的相位差,能精确的测量目标物的距离。介绍了相位式激光测距原理并分析了测距误差来源,阐述了矿用激光测距传感器的设计过程。采用标准测距仪进行对比测试,测试表明矿用激光测距传感器测距量程可达100m,测量误差在10mm以内,可以满足矿井测距的要求。
Coal mining face excavation footage control, locomotive collision spacing warning, roadway roof deformation and so need accurate ranging. Based on the analysis and comparison of the existing non-contact distance measurement technology, the system design goal of phase laser ranging principle is proposed based on mine actuality. By measuring the phase difference between the modulated light wave and the measured distance, it can accurately measure the target distance. The principle of phase laser ranging is introduced and the source of ranging error is analyzed. The design process of mine laser ranging sensor is expounded. The standard distance measuring instrument is used for comparison test. The test shows that the ranging range of mine laser ranging sensor can reach 100m and the measurement error is within 10mm, which can meet the requirements of mine ranging.
